We recognize our responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to take a robust approach against slavery and human trafficking and are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings.
Our Organization
sensecloud is a SaaS provider of an advanced data management and analytics platform designed for Procurement teams, operating in the United Kingdom and serving clients across the globe. We are committed to upholding high standards of transparency and accountability.
Our Supply Chains
We work with a range of suppliers and partners, both in the UK and internationally. We assess potential risks of modern slavery in our supply chains and aim to work only with suppliers who share our values and demonstrate the same commitment to ethical practices.
Policies and Due Diligence
We have implemented the following measures to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks:
- Supplier vetting procedures and onboarding assessments
- Contractual clauses requiring compliance with anti-slavery laws
- Whistleblowing policies and reporting mechanisms for concerns
Training and Awareness
Key staff and decision-makers receive training on modern slavery risks and indicators. We continue to raise awareness within our organization to ensure our teams understand the importance of vigilance.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to reviewing and improving our practices to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains. In the upcoming year, we plan to:
- Conduct a review of key suppliers
- Strengthen supplier audits and monitoring
- Update our internal training program
