About the Role

At senseCloud, we are reimagining how Procurement analytics is done by harnessing the power of data, AI, and next-generation technologies. Central to this vision is the design and evolution of a cutting-edge data management and AI platform, the backbone of our real-time insights, intelligent applications, and advanced decision-making capabilities.

As a Technology Lead for the sensecloud Platform, you will lead the architecture, development, and continuous evolution of sensecloud’s core data management and AI platform. This platform seamlessly unifies and operationalizes data from diverse sources, powering AI-driven models, real-time analytics, and predictive insights. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role in scaling this system to handle exponential data growth while maintaining the highest standards of performance, reliability, and innovation.

In this role, you will:

• Define the technical strategy forSensecloud’s data and AI platform, aligning it with the company’s business objectives and long-term vision.
• Architect and build systems that enable rapid data ingestion, transformation, and integration, laying the ground work for scalable AI and real-time decision-making tools.
• Collaborate across teams to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research, robust engineering, and transformative product development.
• Lead by example in fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and operational discipline.

‍Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in system architecture, software engineering, and platform development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of architecting and building scalable data platforms or AI-driven systems, including semantic layers that enable unified data integration and consumption.
• Strong programming expertise in Python,Java, or C++ and experience building scalable, distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures with hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP, including managing multi-cloud environments.
• Expertise in real-time data processing and analytics frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Flink) and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake).

Preferred Qualification

• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML pipelines for large-scale applications, including hands-on knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements in enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Domain expertise in Procurement or enterprise SaaS systems.
• Proven ability to design and operate fault-tolerant systems that deliver high availability and performance at scale.
• Familiarity with knowledge graph architectures and their integration into semantic layers for enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide engineering teams, instilling best practices in coding, system design, and operational excellence.
• A history of managing complex technical challenges with creativity and determination, including hands-on contributions in coding and debugging.
